We are a team of data scientists, researchers, and communications experts offering approachable outside evaluation and development to small and mid-size Mississippi organizations.

Our work was inspired by the founders’ combined 20 years in academic research, where we saw that high-quality research was often out of reach for small non-profits and agencies with lean budgets. We wanted to bring rigorous, expert-led research services to teams doing excellent on-the-ground work.

Since 2020, our grant writing and evaluation services have helped the Mississippi Department of Human Services bring more than 30 million dollars into the state to improve early childhood education. Additionally, our 2025 mixed-methods evaluation and replication study of the LGBTQ experience in Mississippi continues to help The LGBTQ Fund of Mississippi understand and respond to the shifting priorities and needs of LGBTQ Mississippians in the areas of health, work, and community. Through this partnership, we also monitor and evaluate the subgrants provided to community-based organizations across the state.

Our evaluation of The FAITH Scholarship Program—part of the FAITH ACT passed in 2023 to provide college support to youth involved in the foster care system—continues to aid the program in becoming more accessible and efficacious for former foster youth.

Additionally, since 2021, we have provided multi-year evaluation to The Mississippi Alliance for Nonprofits & Philanthropy, including WK Kellogg-funded grant work. Our regular grant reporting, data dashboard generation, and evaluation bolsters the Alliance’s support of nonprofits across the state.

More recently, our team has partnered with the Mississippi Black Women’s Roundtable to streamline their data collection process, establish consistent evaluation metrics, and collect baseline data prior to the implementation of their Strong Babies, Healthy Moms initiative.

Our long-standing partnership with the Children's Foundation of Mississippi has also allowed us to complete more than 20 research projects and special reports related to child wellbeing in Mississippi.

Our team combines demonstrated expertise in research design, evaluation methods, and data visualization with valuable field experience in maternal health, early childhood education, and teen pregnancy prevention in the context of Mississippi. Our field expertise and experience is bolstered further by the contributions of our team’s statistician, Robert, and our communications expert, Leslie.

In everything we do, we help organizations ensure that their outputs translate to improved outcomes for the populations served.
